What started as a simple way to serve neighbors quickly grew into a meaningful business venture for the CEO, driven by a passion for accessibility, accuracy, and community support. By 2026, the company proudly rebranded under the DBA TKJ Mobile Notary Services, unveiling a fresh new logo and expanding its marketing efforts to reach even more clients. With this evolution came a broader range of services and a renewed commitment to delivering dependable, people‑focused notary solutions.

TKJ Mobile Notary Services is located in Turtle Creek, PA. We provide professional Notarial Services with a smile. As a mobile service, we are able to offer the convenience of traveling to you or scheduling a time to meet in a more secluded location.
We are commissioned in PA and fully insured. We guarantee accuracy and attention to detail with every notarial act. We understand the importance of privacy and so we pride ourselves in maintaining confidentiality.
We are background screened, Bonded, and E&O Insured.
The CEO & Founder Tracy Kelly Jr., is an HR Professional and his vast experience reviewing documents has equipped him with the skills needed for accuracy. He holds an MBA, MA, and BS degrees. He is a member of SHRM, PHRA ( former committee chair), NAAAHR, and recently named one of 50, the New Pittsburgh Couriers class of 2022 Men of Excellence award recipients.
