What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is an appointed public official who has proven integrity and honesty by the government to bear witness in identifying a person or person's signing a document by administering an oath and/or affirmations, and performing other acts authorized by the law.
Why are documents notarized?
In order to help prevent identity theft and fraud, a notary public ensures that the signers of documents are who they say they are. The Notary will make sure that the signers have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly with a sound mind.
Do you have an office location?
No, because we are a full mobile notary service provider, we do not have a physical office. However, there are two primary locations where we can meet clients during business hours if needed.
Between the hours of 6 PM-9 PM or Saturday 3 PM - 6 PM.

How soon can you arrive?
As long as we have availability, we can get to you within 30 min to an hour depending on traffic. For best results, appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advanced. We will make every attempt to honor any scheduling request, but we cannot guarantee any appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
Can Notary Public's Practice Law?
No, we are not license attorneys. We can not provide any legal advice, prepare legal documents, or practice law. Our role is primarily that of an impartial witness to the signing of various documents and legal forms and to verify identification. Although, some attorneys are also notary publics, no one at Tracy Kelly Jr. Mobile Notary Services is a licensed attorney, and so we can not provide legal advice.
Can you issue a license plate and registration?
At this time Tracy Kelly Jr., Mobile Notary Services is not a Full Agent of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. We do not have the ability to issue plates or registrations. We can, however, refer you to another local notary business that can provide this service.
